          This Highland classic uses 20% floor malted peated barley, with the rest being un-peated.  You will find an expressive nose of rose petals and citrus zest intermingling with notes of mild peat.  The palate shows fruitcake and citrus with a mild smokiness and a hint of brine with the Sherry casks it’s aged in adding a sweetness to the finish.
