          Smoke, anise, dried pears, licorice and spices wrap around the palate in a Champagne built on pure texture and volume. Aging in oak for the Chardonnay imparts lovely textured richness and breadth in Aubry Champagne Brut. 60% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier.

          Mixed results
