          Also humorously know as OCD Sauvignon Blanc, this wine was named after the project owner’s state of mind concerning wine.  White flowers with green apple and passion fruit and a touch of grass rise from the glass.  The mouth-feel is light and fresh with lime and grapefruit leading into a crisp mineral finish.

          Mixed results
