          Fruity apple character on the entry, cinnamon and caramel. Sweet and soft. Some hints of fresh maple sap. A little rye flavor with some of that minty-pine zip. Some light oak with influence towards the end. A slight spice in the finish warms the mouth. Nicely put together.
