2.2 Signature at Delivery
An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery for all alcohol shipments. The carrier will not leave packages unattended. If no eligible adult is present, the delivery will be rescheduled or returned.
3. Product Availability and Restrictions
3.1 State Restrictions
Alcohol shipping laws vary by state. SipsVintage ships only to jurisdictions where direct-to-consumer shipping is legally permitted.
3.2 Spirits, Wine, and Beer
Different product categories carry different shipping restrictions:

3.3 Product Descriptions
We strive to describe all products accurately, including vintage, region, producer, and condition. However, SipsVintage does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error free, complete, or current.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change . We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
4.3 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or due to age verification requirements.
5.3 Carriers
We ship exclusively via UPS and FedEx, both of which hold alcohol-specific shipping agreements. USPS does not ship alcohol and is not used for any SipsVintage orders.
5.4 Risk of Loss
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and documentation.
5.6 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to absence, refusal, or incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. A refund will be issued minus shipping costs .
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.
6.2 Returns
Due to the regulated nature of alcohol, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

6.3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

We will issue a replacement or full refund .
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
6.5 Non-Returnable Items
All sales of vintage, allocated, and limited release products are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
7. Gift Orders and Gift Cards
7.1 Gift Orders
Gift orders must comply with all age verification and delivery signature requirements.
7.2 Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
7.3 Gift Messaging
SipsVintage is not responsible for errors in gift messages or recipient information provided by the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
All content on the Site , including logos, text, images, graphics, and software , is the property of SipsVintage or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
